Regular Merchandise Return
We will make every effort to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied, you may return any Non-Sale merchandise for an exchange or a full refund (less the shipping costs) if the original plastic wrapping is not opened. The merchandise must be shipped back to Lavish Collections within 10 days of the purchase date for Canadian customers and within 15 days of the purchase date for US customers. No exchange or refund will be issued after the 10 or 15 day period. Please use the original box and attach a copy of receipt, a copy of the invoice and a copy of the return authorization email. See the paragraph below titled Return Merchandise Authorization for instructions on obtaining a return authorization email. Your credit card will be reimbursed once the merchandise returned has been inspected.
Sale Merchandise Return
There is no refund or exchange available on sale merchandise unless it is damaged when you receive it.
Damaged Merchandise Return
When you receive damaged merchandise, it must be reported immediately in order for us to process your claim. Please fill in the Return Merchandise Authorization Form and submit it online or print it fax it to 613-739-9027 after filling it out.

Please fill in the Return Merchandise Authorization Form and submit it online or or print it fax it to 613-739-9027 after filling it out. You will then receive an email authorizing you to return the merchandise. A copy of this form must accompany the merchandise being returned. If the merchandise is being returned due to an error on our part, we will gladly pay for the return shipping. Lavish Collections is not responsible for any loss of or damage to merchandise that may occur during the return shipping.
