The Order Process
Orders will be processed in the order in which they are received before 11 am EST. Orders received after noon will be processed the following day.  Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the following Monday.  All orders are shipped via Canada Postal Services. Depending on the service you select and the parcel destination, delivery will normally take from 1-12 business days.

Out of Stock Merchandise
We will notify you by email if the merchandise you have selected is out of stock, and will provide you with an estimated backorder time. Billing for the merchandise will be processed normally to maintain the order priority. Should you wish to cancel, please reply immediately to the out of stock notification you receive so we can refund your credit card as soon as possible.

Shipping
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct. If merchandise must be re-shipped due to an incorrect address on the order form, a second shipping charge will be applied as to the order . We do not send to PO Box addresses or ship internationally. We ship within Canada and the US only (including Hawaii and Puerto Rico). US customers may have to pay customs duty on their orders.

Cancellation
Any order that has not yet been processed may be cancelled. To cancel an order, telephone Lavish Collections at 613-739-0171 or email your request to info@lavishcollections.com immediately.  Please ensure you have your transaction ID number available if you telephone. If you email your request be sure to include your transaction ID number in the message.
